The property has on a beautiful location with a truly panaromic view of the Bellagio peninsula and the surrounding lakes/mountains - gorgeous. The location (35 min walk/5 min drive from city center) was serene without the hustle and bustle of the tourist-loaded Bellagio city center. The staff were very accomodating. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant was excellent.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was simple and basic but the view was incredible. Loved mornings out on the terrace, enjoying coffee and breakfast. Ate at the restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner which was great. It’s about a 30min walk to the main town which is fine going down, but the hotel offers a shuttle service which is a good option going back as the walk is all uphill and quite steep. Would recommend!

The views from the property are truly amazing; the photos do it justice! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had two balconies overlooking the lake. The breakfast was great, with hot and cold options alike (and plenty of pastries and cakes). The staff were really helpful as well.

the hotel is cosy and clean , with great and helpful staff, the restaurant food is amazing with very good service and amazing views, we stayed for 2 nights and have dinner there in the two nights as the view is one of the best .

The view from the hotel was amazing! The hostess are just lovely, there were so nice to us and explained us everything from the moment we arrived. Also they changed our sheets and towels and cleaned our room every morning. The breakfast was very good and rich. They offer you a shuttle for the whole day for reasonable price.

We loved everything. The view is gorgeous, i think it is the best you can get in Bellagio. Good food, nice wine, a wonderful italian breakfast, the services cannot be rated with less than 5 stars. A van was sent to pick us up for a reasonable tax. The driver made us a tour of the area. We really felt having a VIP experiece. Having the best of Bellagio only for us compensated the fact that almost everything was closed. Many thanks to our hosts.

Spectacular view, friendly hostes and kitchen guy,clean,modern facilities, old style but comfortable and decent 👌 did really enjoy everything,they gave us different better room with view as I requested for my husband aniversary. VERY nice terrace,bar,restaurant with amazing views and tasty,resh breakfast ! Free parking with CCTV. Kettle and coffee in the room,reusable flip-flops,clean bed linen, Wi-Fi....

Our stay was amazing. They were kind enough to shuttle us up to the property from the Bellagio city center (although we walked back after check out and was an easy walk back into town). They upgraded us to a lake view room that was very clean and comfortable - the view was worth it alone. I highly recommend staying here if you're considering visiting Bellagio - it's much more tranquil than the city center, has unbeatable views, and the restaurant onsite was delicious. The whole stay was one of our favorite experiences of the trip.

This has to be the most amazing hotel and setting in all of Lake Como. The views, the facilities, the owners - it was all perfect. Set-up as a cycling hotel but don’t be fooled. We weren’t cyclists and yet we had a wonderful stay. Cycling is there if you want it, but the hotel is set-up to accommodate for guests who have their own agenda as well. In fact, we wanted to get down to Bellagio town centre without having to drive and the owner just took us in his van. They even booked our taxi back as well! Thank you for having us - we’ll be sure to be back…!
